Treatment Decision-Making in Anorexia Nervosa

Funding, Future work and Websites

Funding

The Wellcome Trust funded the three main research studies contained in this workshop through a Health Services Research Special Clinical Research Fellowship for Jacinta Tan. The Wellcome Trust also funded the workshops project through a Biomedical Ethics Small Project Grant to Jacinta Tan.

Future work

The research has generated a large amount of data, not all of which has been analysed at present. We have plans to do more analysis and publish academic articles on several related topics, including the treatment experiences of people with anorexia nervosa and their families and confidentiality issues. We also have plans to publish an ethics book about this work.

There is potential to develop new research projects from this work. We will be thinking about new applications for funding for such research in the future.
